ABOUT CHEF ROVELL

Throughout the years, the experiences Rovell Drew has had, truly shaped his critically acclaimed style of cooking. Beginning in a 7th grade Home Economics class, Chef Rovell later studied Culinary Arts at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). After working at several different restaurants, Chef Rovell decided to begin his own Culinary Service in Arizona, but has brought his skills and talents to Wisconsin. From classic dinner recipes to unique specialty recipes, each recipe he  prepares is a journey through the places and memories that he loved the most. 


Rovell Drew specializes in creating dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. When he's not whipping up fabulous recipes, such as his highly sought after "Summos", he can be found exploring and discovering new inspirations to share with you.
